Are you a spouse, partner, or dependent of Rose-Hulman faculty or staff, a retired faculty or staff, an alumni, a Board of Trustees member, or a member of the Racquetball Club? If so, you can now apply for an Affiliate ID Card to access the SRC.

What is an Affiliate ID Card?

An Affiliate ID Card grants you the privilege of using the Sports and Recreation Center (SRC) at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (RHIT). You will not receive the same privileges as current students, faculty, and staff, but are still eligible for some limited access to the facility.

Who is Eligible for an Affiliate ID Card?

Family members* of Rose-Hulman faculty or staff, retired faculty, and staff, alumni, Board of Trustees members, or members of the Racquetball Club are eligible to apply for an Affiliate ID Card. Family members are defined as a spouse/partner or dependent children under the age of 18, except in the case of a full-time college student taking a minimum of 12 college credit hours.

Are There Any Restrictions?

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the facility unless under the direct supervision of a Rose-Hulman host 18 years of age or older. Children under the age of 18 are not eligible for the Affiliate ID and there will be no exceptions.

What Are the Hours of Access?

Hours for family use of the SRC are the same as regular users.
